7 Helpful Ways To Manage Procrastination! !!!!

Hii Guys!!! I felt I should share some basic inspirational tips to help boost your morale and forgo self depreciating like the deceptive yet convenient act we all succumb to. PROCRASTINATION!!! We all have fallen victims of procrastination or are falling victim of it. Here are some tips about how we can manage it and prevent it from ruining our lives. 1. SET PRIORITIES One major way you can manage Procrastination is by setting your priorities right. Figure out what it is you what and strive to get it no matter what. Success doesn't come easy, you need to challenge yourself. Most of all, believe in yourself and have the mental note that for you can never be productive if you remain a slacker. 2. BREAK THE TASK DOWN INTO LITTLE PIECES You can try doing it bits by bits. One step at a time. You don't have to do everything at once. When you finish a task...reward yourself and this will motivate you to do the rest. Always remember..."it takes a drop of water to make an ocean". 3. MAKE A PLAN Make a plan and stick to it!!! Don't let anything sway you away. If it helps, have a to-do list and plan ahead. Follow it up in your day. This will help you be more productive. When you stick to your schedule you end up achieving more. This helps me a lot. Trust me, it's a good feeling knowing that at the end of the day..you've achieved something. 4. AVOID DISTRACTIONS When you have certain task to do, make sure you avoid distraction. Switch of the TV, switch of your internet connection and focus. Dnt tweet! Use Facebook or check Instagram..you will be swayed!!! You can do that when you're done...that can even be your reward. " Hey! I've accomplished something today...time to post great pictures". 5. EXAMINE THE CONSEQUENCES What would happen if you don't finish your task. Who would you have to face? What price would you have to pay? The result of all this should be a driving force to push you into doing your task. This indeed is the perfect motivation. Why face all that when you can just get it over with now!. 6. GET UP EARLY Getting up early puts you in charge of your day and your mind is set straight. It also puts you ahead of your game and helps you plan ahead in time. 7. PUT YOUR GOALS WHERE YOU CAN SEE THEM. Try to write your goals on some sticky notes or little piece of paper and put them somewhere you can see them for at least an hour everyday. You could try sticking them next to your bed, on your mirror or in front of your desk, and this way you will be constantly reminded of the things you need to do in other to fulfil your dreams. You will stay motivated and will get rid of bad habits that affects productivity. Getting up early puts you ahead of your game. So people...I hope this helps.
